This one wasn’t the best. Not the worst mind you, but it wasn’t the best.

The main aspect of this was how full the ring was most of the way through the match. There were pretty consistently over 4 people in the ring all the way through and that was rather interesting in and of itself. Didn’t counteract the lack of entertaining entrants though.

The final third of the match excluding roman was good as well, Brock completely decimating the field was good and it worked well for the match, especially his clothesline to Enzo, that was entertaining and an incredibly good bump. Him being taken out so fast by Goldberg when he came in was also a strange decision at the time but made for a good match at Mania with some reservations about what would happen thanks to the two quick wins over Brock already.

Roman. Roman. Why always Roman. This year we all thought that Roman wouldn’t be there because he was in a match on the card. However, in he came at 30, and the boos from the WWE universe was deafening. They would’ve rioted if he’d won it for sure, but Randy won. Not sure if he would’ve been cheered if it wasn’t Roman he eliminated for the win, but he got the cheers none the less, and it was Roman who inspired them, like it or not.
